I am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental space for adults, including older adults, who need help with navigating life transitions, struggling with loss and grief, grappling with caregiver burdens, living with chronic illness, or experiencing depression and/or anxiety. Our work together will include recognizing patterns which may present challenges in day-to-day life and interpersonal relationships, examining unhelpful thinking styles, and developing coping tools and other skills to help you manage difficult and stressful emotions and experiences.
