So many of us come from communities or families that do not give us permission to struggle out loud and vulnerably. Life is bearing down on you and your told out right or made to believe that you just need to be stronger, quieter, work harder, push through, bear it. Your in pain, isolated and feel alone and you need someone to partner with you as you courageously dive into the things that hurt and gain understanding of self. I will work with you as you try to understand and make sense of how your past impacts your future or how your environment, impacts your well being. Together we will move towards healing and growth. I engage each person I meet as a individual. I will asses your needs and partner with you to create a personal plan for wellness. I use strategies such as CBT, DBT, solution focus therapy and coping skills among other things to support you with meeting your goals.
