As a licensed associate working under supervision, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and begin to create meaningful change. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is witnessing those “aha moments”. When things start to click and you begin to grow in ways that matter most to you. I work with couples and families to navigate conflict, disconnection, and big life changes, helping them feel more connected and understood. I also support individuals facing a range of challenges like anxiety, past hurts, or relationship struggles, offering a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered to build healthier patterns.
