I specialize in working with youth and young adults aged 12-25, who are experiencing difficulty with life and family transitions, anxiety, and depression. Young adulthood is an exciting time rich with change and growth for most youth, but it may also be a scary or difficult time, particularly if there are other factors at play, including stress or changes within the family, school, or social networks. In addition to stressors, negative or maladaptive thoughts or behaviors can contribute to or exacerbate feelings of anxiety or depression.
