I am now accepting new clients as of 01/24/2026! I am a Licensed Therapist in Florida with over twenty years of work experience. I specialize in working with adults, senior individuals, and their caregivers. I regularly help clients with stress and anxiety, depression, pain management, communication within relationships and families, and help women adjust to post-menopausal issues. I have experience with medical illness & recovery, grief, anxiety, allowing my clients a safe space to process and heal. I am passionate about my work and strive to provide a caring and uplifting environment in which clients can grow. I provide behavioral health support and care coordination for patients in Florida in a variety of living settings, telehealth and private homes. Custom tailoring an individual approach using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
