My ideal client is an adult who has experienced complex or relational trauma, such as childhood adversity, adoption or foster care, intimate partner violence, or an emotionally unsafe upbringing. They may also be navigating anxiety, depression, or substance use as coping strategies. Though often high functioning outwardly, they feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside. They seek a safe, trauma-informed space to build emotional regulation, self-compassion, sustainable recovery, and healthier relationships, ultimately finding relief from survival mode and building a grounded, meaningful life.
