Clients face challenging issues at all stages of their lives. In those moments of feeling overwhelmed, it is helpful to have someone who will listen, support and encourage one to learn how to understand and navigate through these difficult events. I take a non-judgmental, warm, and empathetic approach to help clients explore their emotions, relationship dynamics, communication skills, and patterns of behavior that are either no longer serving them or can be improved upon with therapeutic techniques and skills. I have experience counseling the young adult population in helping them with issues that include marriage, childbearing, and parenting. I also counsel adults who experience life events, including divorce, couples/family counseling, and death. In addition, I help children, adolescents, and teenagers navigate their challenges, including anxiety and depression.
