As a therapist, my role is to work with and accompany you as we uncover, understand, and navigate the challenges that might be hindering your ability to experience life with more ease. My approach to therapy is grounded in psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based perspectives. By engaging in therapy that gets curious about how our past experiences and relationships play a role in shaping our present circumstances, we can gain insights and tools to shift our future selves. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating depression and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, career challenges, and more. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, with a strong focus on how we can partner together to uniquely respond to your current needs and future goals.
