Hi, and welcome to my telehealth practice! My ideal client is someone who is motivated to make changes they feel are necessary to improve their quality of life. My approach includes a strengths-based perspective, exploring the past to inform present with CBT-informed practice. I see each person as whole just as they are, and as a partner with me in the therapy process. You can expect to be treated with respect, compassion and empathy, and without judgement or criticism. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006.
