My practice is adult based, with a wide variety of cliental from those with a mental health diagnosis to those working on life transitions or self esteem. My personal philosophy of therapy as I am here as a support person for you in whatever capacity you need me to be. If you need someone to process your past, to bounce ideas off of, to cheerlead behind you, I do it all. I want want you to have family and friends in your support system but your decisions affect them, affecting what they say. I am here just for you. I want to work with you to have the full filling and rewarding life that you want.
