I work with adults and teenagers who are trying to improve their quality of life and authentically live the life they want to live. I enjoy working with neurodivergent populations and trauma. I have experience working with Autism spectrum disorder, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Social anxiety disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) I enjoy working with individuals who feel like they’re living in a world that was not made for them. You are not defective! I believe perceived weaknesses can be harnessed into strengths, and I know how to help you explore these options.
