I have over 15 years experience providing clinical and case management services to populations including, but not limited to: Medical and chronic pain issues; anxiety; sex and relationship struggles; and eating disorders.I am distinguished by my training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Freedom "Tapping" technique, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Care. I am licensed in CA, ID, VA, FL, TX, NJ, and WA. Our first session is all about creating a comfortable space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Think of it as a "get-to-know-you" conversation rather than an intense interview. We’ll start by briefly touching on the necessary "housekeeping" tasks like privacy and scheduling.
