I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist. I am a psychotherapist, solution-focused, person-centered, and mindful. I use a heart-centered approach and at times may use art and imagination in working with you. I look forward to working together to create a plan in order to reach your goal(s). By asking questions about what they would like to accomplish. Then providing or suggesting several options that are specific to their needs. I may suggest homework, worksheets, journaling, or art. Finally, work together to find the best solution and work on the most important goal first.
