My therapeutic approach is centered on helping clients gain insight and build motivation for meaningful change. I support individuals in moving away from avoidance and resistance, and instead toward a greater acceptance of their inner emotional experiences. Together, we work to understand how these emotions—often painful or uncomfortable—are natural responses to life’s challenges, and need not stand in the way of personal growth. With this foundation, clients can begin to face difficulties with clarity and strength, and take committed steps toward the life they want to lead.
