Hey! I'm Liz Mediati, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I see therapy as a time to laugh, cry, settle in, and stay a while. My hope is that you may find therapy as a cozy and stretching space to discover your innate sense of you-ness. Working with women, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals is my bread and butter. My favorite topics include life transitions, self-esteem, grief and loss, and relationships.
