I create a space in which you can understand all aspects of yourself with compassion and kindness. Together, we can develop ways for you to live more freely within life’s inevitable challenges. We can identify the internal conflicts and repeated patterns that may have constrained your choices up to this point. A careful examination of the past and the present will allow you to imagine a future that is more closely aligned with how you want to live your life. My areas include working with stresses related to the many transitions and changes in life. My specialties include grief and loss, compassion fatigue and burnout for caregivers, postpartum mental health, and mood issues such as anxiety and depression.
