Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Atlanta, Georgia. I grew up on the West Coast, specifically in Oregon and California. I have been providing therapeutic services for 12 years. My area of expertise is sexual assault and related issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, trust, relationships, and boundaries. I meet clients where they are in life to help guide and support them in accomplishing their therapeutic goals. I draw from Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavior Therapies to meet my client's needs. I aim for clients to leave a session feeling heard, understood, reflective, and affirmed. I am genuinely curious to know how my clients develop their understanding to guide them toward their desired goals better.
