As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support adult clients through a unique blend of traditional talk therapy, holistic energy modalities, and mind-body-spirit approaches grounded in both spirituality and health psychology. I believe that true healing happens when we address not only thoughts and behaviors, but also the deeper emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of the human experience. My work is trauma-informed and I incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and subtle energy practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies, release stored emotional pain, and find inner calm and purpose.
