Most of the people I work with feel weighed down by patterns they see repeating in their lives: getting hurt in relationships, defenses that show up at the worst possible moments, or a sense of being both “too much” and “not enough.” Some worry they’re failing as partners, parents, or simply as people. Others want to move through shame around how overwhelmed, shut down, or detached they’ve become. They want a way to navigate life without bracing for impact at every turn.
