Support for the messy, overwhelming, and confusing parts of growing up. Growing up today is hard! Whether you’re the parent of a child who’s struggling or a teen/young adult feeling overwhelmed, you’re in the right place. I help kids, teens, and young adults work through anxiety, school stress, friendship challenges, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, and the “big feelings” that can get in the way of daily life. My goal is to create a space where you (or your child) feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.
