I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from childhood through adulthood, often joining them mid-journey as they navigate anxiety, depression, or ADHD. These years can be both beautiful and bewildering. My goal is to meet clients exactly where they are, without judgment, and help them understand not only what they’re feeling but why. Together, we explore the path to the present, guided by compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for both gifts and struggles.
