Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut and Oregon. I received my Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University in 2007. I have been working in the behavioral health field since that time, with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals, all with unique challenges and issues. I have successfully helped hundreds of adults to feel better by improving their mood, feeling less anxious and stress, to identify and learn strategies for overcoming barriers, and to build confidence and utilize their own strengths to take steps forward and achieve their goals. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, further explore you and the challenges you are struggling with, and begin to identify a plan for how we can work together to help you start to feel better.
