My name is Beth and I am a queer, asexual therapist with ADHD who loves helping others on their journeys with identity, neurodivergence, and coping with life stress and anxiety. My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and feminist. I believe that the personal is political, so I aim to make therapy a safe space to explore the impact of capitalism, colonialism, patriarchy, etc. As a therapeutic game master with a passion for ttrpgs, I also love finding ways to incorporate your hobbies into your healing journey.
