Hi! My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a Limited Licensed Social Worker in the state of Michigan. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, as well as challenges with anger management, coping skills, self-harm, and family conflict. Our emotions can feel very real, but the thoughts connected to them aren’t always true. I enjoy helping people gain fresh perspectives and develop practical tools to navigate both everyday stressors and life’s more difficult moments.
