Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 33 years of experience in the mental health field working with a variety of clients and ages. We all walk through difficult times in our lives and need the support of someone to help us through. I walk alongside others and help them on their journey to heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression. Together we will work to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. This includes identifying and processing via a mind, and body approach. I have a heart for helping those who have experienced unimaginable trauma locally and abroad. I attended the University of Louisville and obtained a Master's in Social Work. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, director of mental health centers, and director of psychiatric hospitals. I utilize a variety of techniques including EMDR, somatic, CBT, and faith based upon request.
