Allow me to walk alongside of you as you discover coping tools that work for you and learn how to manage the challenges of life. I graduated from Adams State University in 2021 with a master's degree in counseling, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have worked in the non-profit world for years and I have helped people of different ages and backgrounds.
