I have been a LCSW for 10+ years, starting my career working with children, youth and families in the dependency system. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who is also EMDR trained. I work with clients 5 and up with an emphasis on trauma informed care. I focus on a multitude of issues including: trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and mood dysregulation.
