Sometimes we find ourselves needing a therapeutic space of connection and gentle pause. A pause to turn toward questions we may find ourselves asking, regardless of our age: Why do I feel this way? Will things get better? How can I be more resilient when things get hard? Where is the part of me who worried less or felt braver? Taking the time to explore these questions and make sense of our life journey is a compassionate gift to ourselves and others. While we can feel stuck or lack the narration to our story, we still crave a place to stay connected to who we are. A place to see, hear, and know ourselves. My approach is rooted in a systemic lens, which considers both the individual, their relationships, and the environments they live in. This includes Attachment Theory, Relational Neuroscience, Narrative Therapy, and Contextual Family Therapy. I bring the perspective of my background as a classroom teacher as I value the pursuit of being a lifelong learner.
