I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about creating a collaborative atmosphere to work with my clients on developing their natural resilience in working through matters of trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment, substance use, and personality disorders. I have spent the last 7 years working with individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including those residing in transitional living. Throughout my years counseling, I have become passionate about assisting clients in tapping into their own strengths to assist in long-term change.
