I identify in the LGBTQ community and work with adolescents, adults and families, specializing in transitional times that may cause grief such as adolescence, college, parenting (in all stages), menopause, significant loss and end of life. I also work with those struggling with trauma, anxiety and depression. I am an LCSW and also have a Master's in Teaching. I worked as a teacher, counselor and administrator with teenagers, teachers and parents in a school setting for 25 years. I have trained in grief therapy and somatic practice and I integrate work with the nervous system into the therapeutic process.
