I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 8 years of professional work experience and specialize in work with geriatric individuals. I regularly help clients with stress and anxiety, depression, pain management, communication issues, and caregiver fatigue. I am passionate about my work and strive to provide a caring, uplifting environment in which clients can heal, grow, and thrive! I provide behavioral health support and care coordination for patients in Florida in a variety of living settings, telehealth, and private homes. Customizing treatment using an individual approach based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Mindfulness Skills, Client-Centered Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
