Hi there, I’m Liz! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I love helping people find balance, healing, and connection in their lives. My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and humanistic—I use proven tools while also focusing on the whole person. Currently, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and work with clients ages 15 and up in individual and couples therapy. Whether you’re coming in with specific goals or just know that something feels “off,” I’ll meet you where you are and collaborate with you to create a plan that feels authentic and uniquely yours.
