Either if you are looking for individual, couples, or family therapy, my sessions offer a safe and compassionate place to explore the root causes of the struggles that keep getting in the way of your life goals and a joyful existence. I am a firm believer that healing our inner child leads to self-compassion and compassion to others, healing one relationship at a time. Therefore, sessions offer an opportunity to explore traumatic events and maladaptive patterns that create anxiety, depression, codependency, or addiction, among others. These reflections will lead to understanding, acceptance, and healing. I provide therapy in English and Spanish. My approach on healing is holistic and compassionate. I incorporate Eastern and Western philosophy in my practice, utilizing a trauma-informed approach to create meaning of hurtful experiences that may be hindering progress and fulfillment.
