Healing is hard work. and change comes from doing the hard things. My client would be someone who is willing to work hard to improve their life and circumstances, but who also has a good sense of humor and can laugh about the challenges and setbacks that come with life. They would be open and honest, willing to talk openly and honestly about their experiences. They would be resilient and have the ability to find humor in difficult situations, as well as the capacity to find joy in life's small moments. As a therapist I understand how to identify where a clients strengths and weaknesses exist, to include my own. My clinical group is comprised of multiple specialist and disciplines. We have medical and psychiatric providers, as well veteran psychologists with years of experience. Together we will find the answers you are seeking.
