I work with youth and young adults facing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, identity development, learning differences, physical/athletic injury, disability, racism, trauma, grief and loss and other life transitions. Outside of my therapy practice, I am a seasoned school counselor, health teacher, and previous dorm parent. I have extensive experience working with middle and high school boys at an all-boys school as well as high schoolers living in an all-gender dorm. My specialities include working with students with ADHD, anxiety, and/or trauma.
