The women I work with are often the ones who seem to “have it all together.” They’re capable, insightful, high-achieving and deeply caring. But on the inside, there’s often exhaustion, self-doubt, or a sense of being disconnected. They’ve spent years meeting expectations, achieving, and caring for others, but they’ve lost touch with their own creative spark and inner peace. Beneath the surface, they long to feel more alive, authentic, and at ease. With over a decade of experience as a Registered Art Therapist, I help women slow down and listen to their inner world through art-making, somatic awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry. You don’t need to be good at art, the process itself is the medicine that helps you move from self-criticism and burnout toward clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
