Do you want to better understand yourself, those around you, and learn how to manage what life throws at you? Would you like to figure out how to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or low self-esteem? Therapy can seem pretty intimidating or scary. I get it. I really do. Let's talk about what is going on and how I can help. I am here to listen and walk with you in your unique journey. I believe each client and their experiences are unique, therefore each therapeutic journey needs to be personalized in order to be effective and meaningful for clients. I use a client centered approach, so I do not dictate what we discuss, but let each client bring what they want to explore in session.
