I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are looking for professional help in creating lives of growth and progress. I believe that with empathy and encouragement, and building a structured relationship together, we can work towards creating a life where your needs can be met more constructively. Often my clients have struggled with difficult life changes and transitions, such as launching to adulthood, parenting, loss, uncoupling, navigating step-family dynamics, and/or career/job changes. I also work with individuals struggling with addictions and trauma, and working on overcoming self destructive behavior patterns.
