Individuals have resources and strengths that can be identified and used in healing and promoting change. My approach as a therapist is to look for and validate what my client brings to the session. I have provided services to a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds. Those who benefit from my services, recognize that positive results are most likely when they participate fully and trust in their own wisdom and creativity as well as in our relationship as client and therapist.
