With my background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring extensive experience in addressing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, and eating disorders. My therapeutic toolbox includes proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition to individual sessions, I am a passionate advocate for the power of community support.
