Life is kind of A LOT right now, huh? If you’re reading this, maybe you’ve recognized a need for change, a curiosity for greater self-understanding, or a desire for a safe space for learning how to heal and grow. I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions. I am particularly interested in the impact of hormones and perimenopause on mental health, especially in neurodivergent folks. In addition to being an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), with a lifetime of lived experience, I am also trained in Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) for OCD.
