Thank you for reaching out. Sometimes life is hard and it can be difficult to know where to turn for the support and acceptance you need to handle the struggles. Anxiety and depression can impact our lives in many ways. Unacknowledged feelings of grief express themselves as irritability, chronic anxiety, low-grade depression, and a negative outlook on life. Come in to a safe place where we will work together to find solutions to help you live your life more fully. I have been called to assist those going through life struggles and all of the conditions associated with them. I have experience and training in depression, anxiety, panic, suicide, grief and loss, aging issues, and spiritual issues.
