I am an LGCP who brings a decade of experience as a critical care nurse and fifteen years of teaching experience to her counseling practice. My area of focus is with working with adults and couples. I am also committed to supporting those navigating infertility and perinatal mental health challenges. I aim to help my clients feel safe, validated, and empowered to make positive changes. I use a person-centered approach, which means that I emphasize the importance of the client's unique experience, prioritize the needs and goals of each client, and work collaboratively with them to create a personalized plan for their therapy.
