When a loved one dies, or life suddenly changes, the feelings that surface and the adjustments to daily living that are required can be overwhelming. There are times where it is helpful to know that these strong emotions, fears, and physical symptoms are both normal and will lessen over time. This is a time for gentle support and patience.
