At times we can all feel like we have “gone off track” and it can be challenging to find your way back on your own. I am passionate about meeting people where they are to help them on the journey toward growth, wholeness, and healing. I desire to help you find the courage to ask hard questions and build resilience to accept the challenging parts of your story. My goal is to help you discover meaning, connection, authenticity, and gratitude. I work thorough a family systems lens and offer parent coaching and family sessions when appropriate. I offer group workshops and coaching to support the individual work I do. I am trained in Theraplay, EMDR, EFT, ERP, and WET.
