I am passionate about helping individuals and couples reconnect to what matters most to them and learning to support one another through the inevitable ups and downs of life and relationships. I aim to help clients better understand the cycles they get stuck in and find accountability and agency for their contributions to these patterns. I also support clients in exploring and deepening intimacy and connection, managing stress, and finding balance in their personal and professional lives. I was trained in Somatic Psychotherapy and also have a background in bodywork, approaching therapy from a holistic lens that welcomes the whole person. I'm drawn to working with adult individuals and couples through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, and finding greater connection and meaning in life.
