As a Board Certified Life Coach my work is focused on coaching adults and children who want to find healing, wellness and new perspectives within their work, family and spiritual lives. My approach to coaching is based in the positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral and mind-body theories, where we look at assets, current mindset, goal targets and desires to create forward movement. I offer a brain/heart science perspective to help clients understand their own feelings and behavior. I have 30+ years of experience working as a school counselor-educator. I bring a skill set to the coaching partnership that's steeped in experience. I believe the partnership between coach and client is a creative/collaborative relationship. People who seek coaching are strong and capable of making the shifts they are looking for, even if they, themselves don't quite see that yet. I offer discounts to Military Veterans, Dreamers from the DACA community, others concerned about funds.
