Hi, I'm Ellery. I consider it a privilege to work with individuals that are actively seeking change. I understand that it is uncomfortable to discuss intimate life topics with a stranger, and believe that trust building is essential to the growth of a client. As a therapist, it is my top priority to provide a safe and welcoming space where you will feel respected, supported, and heard. I believe therapy needs to be collaborative and am always looking for client input on what is working and why. I work predominately with anxiety, depression, general life stressors, and really anybody who just needs to learn about themselves. I have so much admiration for people dealing with every day stress that seek help to get the absolute most they can out of life.
