If you're feeling weighed down by responsibility, self-doubt, or the pressure to always “have it together,” I’m here to help. Managing your emotions and difficult life challenges does not have to be something you do on your own. I work with people who want to feel more confident in their everyday choices. By identifying personal barriers and understanding your story, together we can unpack and release the things that no longer serve you. I use an integrative therapeutic approach—drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and creative arts therapies—to individualize treatment so clients can regain a sense of agency and obtain new skills to make change in their lives.
