Everyone deserves a life of wholeness and belonging. I aim to help you strengthen your connection with yourself, those close to you, and the larger world around you. I specialize in working with trauma, grief, self-worth, and communication. My therapeutic style is warm and accepting. Even though therapy can be intense, I tend towards levity and see joy and humor as a critical part of my work. My Alaskan wilderness upbringing has given me confidence in everyone's capacity for self-sufficiency and resilience, and years of work internationally and with Tribes have instilled a deep admiration and acceptance for diverse life experiences.
